WE ARE A PRIMARILY A MAIL ORDER BUSINESS AND PERSONAL DELIVERY TO OUR AUCKLAND PREMISES IS ONLY AVAILABLE BY APPOINTMENT.
We have tried to use a paypal type check out form however as medal mounting is bespoke and each order is different we have struggled to do so, except for or very popular replica WW1 medal groups - which are generic.

PRIORITY SERVICE
We attend to medal mounting in the order received. If you have left it a bit late or need your medals urgently we do offer a priority 48hour turnaround service. The charge for this is $100 per set of medals over and above other costs of mounting and delivery. Usually we waive it but if you are a couple of days before ANZAC Day its often necessary to charge this. There are very few occasions when you would need this service however if required it will ensure the medals are done immediately. Please note that we cannot guarantee the courier delivery time. We will have the mounting attended to immediately however please be mindful of courier delays - especially in RD areas.
In most cases you will not need a priority service as we will do our best to accommodate you.
MEDAL CASES
Our medal cases are made in New Zealand for us and are $50 ea when we mount your medals. We don't sell cases on their own - only with replica medals or when mounting medals.
If you wish to send your medals to us please do so using a prepaid bag from ANY POST OFFICE. We suggest that you use the courier surcharge ticket rather than tracking service. The latter is unreliable.
COURIER POST WILL DELIVER TO A PO BOX. WE SUGGEST THAT THIS IS THE ONLY SAFE METHOD OF SENDING YOUR MEDALS TO US.
